EMERGENCY ORDER GRANTING STAY

At the request of Petitioner and good cause appearing, over Respondent’s timely objection, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is stayed until Monday, September 29, 2025. On or before this date Petitioner shall submit one of the following motions to the Office of Administrative Hearings (“OAH”):

(1) Proof of Filing related Superior Court action; including any Minute Entries or Orders issued therefrom,

(2) Motion to Continue and reset Stay by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days, or

(3) Request that the matter be placed back on OAH’s docket for Hearing.

Failure to timely submit a Status Update may result in the matter being vacated from OAH’s calendar, without prejudice, and remanded to the referring agency for further action, if any, pursuant to Ariz. Admin. Code R2-19-111(4).
