The subpoena requested by Petitioner on March 11, 2025, is denied. All subpoenas must be submitted using the Office of Administrative Hearings form, available at https://www.azoah.com/subpoena.html. Requestors should also follow the Directions for subpoenas, available at the same webpage.

IT IS ORDERED the parties shall meet and confer regarding document production. By March 18, 2025, the parties shall jointly submit a statement briefly explaining the parties’ agreements and any remaining disagreements on document production. For each disagreement, the parties shall, in 100 words or fewer, explain their position. Subpoenas may be requested for the outstanding documents on March 19, 2025, and objections may be submitted by March 21, 2025.
