Minute Entry

Following a review of the Amended Joint Statement of Discovery Dispute, the Tribunal will not be issuing another subpoena for document production. However, this hearing process does not suspend either party’s rights or obligations under Arizona law, including pursuant to A.R.S. § 33-1805, or the governing documents.

Be advised both the original Claim 4 and the amended Claim 4 are compound claims, and only one of the issues set forth therein will be addressed. Unless otherwise specified, the issue for hearing in Claim 4 will be the alleged failure to fill the board seat.

If Respondent objects to the Motion to Amend Verified Complaint, or any part thereof, submitted on April 1, 2025, its response must be filed before April 10, 2025.

Done this day, April 4, 2025.
