On May 1, 2025, the parties filed a Joint Stipulation to Dismiss with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the parties advised that they agreed the Maricopa County Superior Court was an appropriate venue to adjudicate all of the issues raised in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for July 18, 2025, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Department of Real Estate for further action.
