Minute Entry Advising Parties

This matter has been noticed for re-hearing to convene on June 13, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. at the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) pursuant to the Order Granting Re-hearing and Notice of Re-hearing (Order) issued by the Arizona Department of Real Estate (Department) on April 29, 2025. Absent a request to appear virtually, the re-hearing will be conducted at the OAH.

The Order sets forth that the Department granted a re-hearing based on Petitioners’ allegation of “error in the administrative proceeding or rejection of evidence or other errors of law occurring during the proceeding.”

Based on the foregoing, the parties are advised that the sole issue for re-hearing is the allegation regarding (1) error in the proceeding, (2) error in rejection of evidence, and/or (3) errors of law occurring in the proceeding.
