AND STATUS UPDATE REGARDING STIPULATED SETTLEMENT

At the request of the parties and good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a STATUS UPDATE on February 3, 2025. The details of the settlement are on the record via the Google Meet audio recording from the scheduled hearing on December 31, 2024 at 9:00AM. As such, those details will not be listed out in this order. On or before February 3, 2025, the parties are advised to do one of the following:

(1) Inform the tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a MOTION TO VACATE the hearing;

(2) Inform the tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a MOTION TO CONTINUE and reset for STATUS by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

(3) Inform the tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
