The tribunal is in receipt of Petitioners’ Motion to Correct. Good cause appearing;

IT IS ORDERED that Paragraph 2 in the Findings of Fact section is stricken and to be replaced with the following language:

Petitioners filed a two-issue petition in case 24F-H033-REL, and multiple single-issue petitions against the Tonto Forest Estates Homeowners Association (TFE), with the Department. Petitioner tendered $1,000.00 with the first petition and $500.00 to the Department with each remaining petition.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Order section as it relates to 24F-H033-REL is stricken and to be replaced with the following language:

IT IS ORDERED that Petitioner’s petition in 24F-H033-REL be granted and that Respondent shall follow the CC&R’s. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that Respondent shall reimburse Petitioner’s $1,000.00 filing fee as required by Ariz. Rev. Stat. § 32-2199.01. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that no civil penalty is awarded.

The remainder of the entire order is in full force and effect.
