The undersigned, having reviewed Petitioner’s Motion to Continue received February 17, 2025, as well as Respondent’s Objection received February 18, 2025, makes the following minute entry:

Petitioner’s motion is granted, good cause appearing. The hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued to Friday, April 18, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. The parties are hereby notified of the following revised deadlines:

Subpoena requests, if any, must be received by April 03, 2025.

Parties must disclose their evidence and list of potential witnesses, if any, by April 11, 2025. Petitioner shall use letters to mark proposed exhibits, Respondent shall use numbers to mark proposed exhibits, and both parties shall employ the use of Bates Stamps.

Prehearing Memorandums, while not requires, must be received by April 16, 2025.
