Pursuant to the request to consolidate 25F-H011-REL into 24F-H033-REL and good cause appearing;

IT IS ORDERED consolidating 25F-H011-REL into 24F-H033-REL.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED affirming the hearing on December 16, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. At the commencement of the hearing the parties shall be prepared to discuss how to best to proceed on the presentation of the issues, and have mutually agreed upon dates for a further hearing, should the hearing not be fully completed on December 16, 2024.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that each party shall file a position statement on each issue contained in the 5 Petitions, no later than December 9, 2024.
