The undersigned Administrative Law Judge, having reviewed the parties’ Joint Motion for Entry of Consent Order received November 18, 2025, hereby incorporated by reference as Exhibit A, issues the following:
The parties’ motion is granted. As such,
IT IS ORDERED that the parties’ Consent Order, entered into the record in the above-captioned matters as Exhibit A, is accepted by the Tribunal as a fully executed settlement that resolves the underlying issue(s) for hearing.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED pursuant to Ariz. Admin. Code R2-19-111(1), as the parties have resolved their dispute, that these consolidate matters are thusly vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, with prejudice.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that these matters are remanded to the referring agency for closure.
