On August 14, 2025, the Arizona Board of Dental Examiners (the board) filed a Notice of Settlement and Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Board advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the status hearing scheduled for August 11, 2025, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Board of Dental Examiners for further action.
