ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE

A further hearing in the above-entitled matter was held on June 8, 2026. The parties agreed to set a further hearing on August 14, 2026.

On June 12, 2026, the Arizona Department of Real Estate filed a motion to change the hearing date due to the unavailability of witnesses. The Department also requested that the hearing be set for two days, August 12, 2026 and August 17, 2026, or as close to August 14, 2026 as possible. The dates of August 12, 2026 and August 17, 2026 are not available on the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. Good cause appearing,

IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in the above-entitled matter is set for a status update. On or before June 18, 2026, the parties shall notify the Office of Administrative of several dates on which both parties and their witnesses are available to appear for hearing during the last week of August 2026 and in September of 2026. This may avoid the need for further delays.
