To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally contest the denial of my applicator certification. The stated reason for denial was the presence of a conviction within the past three years. However, I would like to clarify that I do not have any convictions within that timeframe.
I respectfully request that my background information be reviewed again so that my application can be reconsidered based on accurate and up-to-date records. I am committed to meeting all requirements and to upholding the standards expected of certified applicators.
Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.
Sincerely, Zachary Vasquez
