The tribunal is in receipt of Copper World Inc.’s Motion to Intervene as well and Appellant’s Unopposed Motion to Extend Deadline to Respondent to Respondent’s Motion to Dismiss. Good cause appearing;

IT IS ORDERED permitting Copper World Inc. to intervene in this matter.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Appellant’s and Copper World, Inc. file a Response to the Motion to Dismiss by April 22, 2025. Respondent shall then have until April 27, 2025 to file a Reply, if it so chooses.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties meet and confer and no later than April 22, 2025, submit a joint list of dates, times and length, for which they would be available for oral arguments on the Motion to Dismiss. Oral arguments will be held via Google Meet unless otherwise requested by the parties.
