HEARING

On January 8, 2025, the Arizona Medical Board (“Board”) filed a Request to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Board advised that

“[o]n January 7, 2025, Cody Hall, attorney for Respondent Dr. Haddad, sent Board staff an email rescinding Dr. Haddad’s request for a Formal Hearing and asking that the case be set instead as a Formal Interview before the Board.” The Board requested that

the Office of Administrative Hearings vacate the hearing and remand the matter to the Board so that it may conduct the Formal Interview.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Board for further action.
