ORDER VACATING HEARING

On April 2, 2025, the Arizona Medical Board (“Board”) submitted a Motion To Vacate Hearing because Dr. John A Sorteberg submitted a withdrawal of appeal on April 2, 2025.

Based on Dr. Sorteberg’s withdrawal of appeal, this matter is moot and a hearing is no longer necessary, pursuant to Ariz. Admin. Code R2-19-111.

IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled on May 15, 2025, is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Board for further action.
