On March 11, 2025, the Arizona State Board pf Nursing (“Board”) filed a Motion to Vacate Matter Due to Settlement with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Board advised that the parties have entered into a settlement agreement that resolves all outstanding issues between them.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Board for any further action.
