On April 10, 2025, the State of Arizona, representing the Arizona State Board of Nursing filed a States’ Response to Mr. Powell’s Motion to Bifurcate Summary Suspension Hearing and Hearing on the Merits of the Contested Case/Appealable Agency Action.

It is Ordered that the Respondent’s Motion to Bifurcate is denied. The Administrative Law Judge will address the summary suspension and revocation matters together at the future hearing.
