Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions - Insurance for further action.
