IT IS ORDERED that Scheyla Blackburn must file its motion to exclude and/or strike exhibits and/or witness testimony, based upon prior disclosures, no later than August 5, 2026.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that on or before August 26, 2026, the parties must file their proposed exhibits;
