On January 23, 2026, the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions (“Department”) filed a Motion to Vacate Administrative Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Department advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for February 9, 2026, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Department for further action.
