On July 8, 2025, the Arizona Department of Agriculture, Pest Management Division (Department) filed a Motion to Dismiss with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Department advised that it had insufficient evidence to prove the alleged violations giving rise to this hearing.

Pursuant to A.A.C. R2-19-111, this matter is moot and a hearing is no longer necessary.

IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Department for further action.
