ORDER SETTING FURTHER HEARING

Respondent contacted the Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions (“Department”) and raised concern whether she was given notice regarding the October 15, 2025 (1:00 p.m.) administrative hearing that was noticed to be conducted by the Arizona Office of Administrative hearings (“Tribunal”).

The Tribunal had received from the Department a copy of a Notice of Hearing (“Notice”) dated August 6, 2025. The Notice indicates the Department sent a copy to Respondent by both regular and certified mail, and electronically. Respondent did not contact the Tribunal prior to the hearing with regard to appearing at the administrative hearing; however, based on the foregoing,

IT IS ORDERED a further hearing session will be conducted and Complainant will be provided with a link to the prior hearing session so that she may review that session, and

IT IS ORDERED the hearing is set for a further hearing session on October 31, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. for Appellant’s participation as follows:
