ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE, RESETTING HEARING

By ORDER dated November 4, 2025, this Tribunal issued an Order Granting Continuance to a hearing on November 25, 2025 to again offer Ms. Berry to participate in the administrative hearing, for which the Department had previously noticed her, regarding the Department’s proposal to revoke her license.

On November 24, 2025, Ms. Berry filed a document entitled “Appeal” stating that she wants a rehearing or review of the final decision of the Department from March 17, 2025.

Due to possible confusion regarding the matter,

IT IS ORDERED the matter will once again be CONTINUED for Ms. Berry to be prepared to present her appeal information. Ms. Berry should reference back to the Notice of Hearing issued by the Department with regard to the matter and the issues for the upcoming administrative hearing. A NEW ORDER will be issued with the new hearing date.
