The assigned Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”), having reviewed the document filed on August 4, 2025 and August 6, 2025 communication, makes the following minute entry:

The document, consisting of a request for rehearing filed by Petitioner Alexander Soltanian, will not be considered as no further action can be taken on the matter by the Office of Administrative Hearings.

The ALJ Decision was issued on July 7, 2025, and the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions issued its Final Order on July 29, 2025. This matter is no longer in the jurisdiction of the Office of Administrative Hearings. Petitioner needs to address any further requests with the Department.
