Motion for continuance is denied, no good cause appearing. This Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”) recognizes the first Notice of Hearing and Complaint was issued on June 4, 2025. The Amended Complaint issued on September 3, 2025, this ALJ has identified the following amendments:

Respondent was provided initial notice approximately four months ago and was informed of the violations. The amended changes are minimal.

The matter remains scheduled for October 20 and October 21, 2025. The disclosure date will change to October 15, 2025, to give the parties two additional days.
