On October 17, 2025, the parties filed a Stipulation to Dismiss Appeal and Joint Motion to Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the parties advised that the Arizona Citizens Clean Elections Commission had approved the Executive Director’s recommendation to vacate the repayment order against Mr. Jaramillo entered on March 27, 2025, the action giving rise to this hearing.

Pursuant to A.A.C. R2-19-111, this matter is moot and a hearing is no longer necessary.

IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the referring agency for further action.
