ORDER GRANTING DEADLINE EXTENSIONS

At the joint request of the parties, the scheduling order is amended as follows:

By April 4, 2025, ADEQ shall produce the permit record, consisting of all documents reviewed or considered by the agency in drafting and issuing the permit, to all parties.

By May 2, 2025, parties shall have submitted all subpoena requests.

By May 9, 2025, the parties shall provide a status update to the Tribunal.
