At the unopposed request of Complainant and good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a Status Update on December 31, 2025, and existing disclosure deadlines are vacated. On or before December 31, 2025, the parties shall provide a joint filing proposing either (1) another Status Update deadline or (2) mutual availability for a hearing beginning 60 days after joint filing and covering at least the next 30 days (filing date +60 through filling date +90).
