ORDER HOLDING RECORD OPEN

On June 10, 2026, the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (“ADEQ”), Resolution Copper Mining LLC, the San Carlos Apache Tribe, and the Arizona Mining Reform Coalition (collectively the “Parties”) filed a Consent Motion to Extend Deadline for Proposed Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Closing Briefs (the “Motion”). In the Motion, the Parties represent that they previously stipulated, and the Board agreed during the hearing on May 11, 2026, that the Parties’ proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law and closing briefs (“Post-Hearing Submittals”) would be due 30 days following receipt of the official transcript of the proceedings. The Parties further represent that the transcript was not circulated until May 31, 2026, due to the complexity of the hearing, and that the Parties agree that a deadline of July 1, 2026 for Post-Hearing Submittals is appropriate.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

The Motion is GRANTED.

(2) The deadline for the Parties to submit their proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law and closing briefs is extended from June 29, 2026, to and including July 1, 2026.
