On February 12, 2024, this Tribunal issued an Order setting the pre-hearing conference in this matter for May 6, 2024 at 9:00 AM. Lessee’s Motion references a hearing date of May 27, 2024. It should be noted that no hearing date in this matter has been set. It should further be noted that May 27, 2024 is Memorial Day.

The parties shall exchange disclosure statements as required. Any outstanding discovery disputes will be address at the pre-hearing conference.
