On July 18, 2024, the Complainant filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Complainant advised that it withdrew its Petition and the hearing currently scheduled for August 12, 2024, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Department of Housing for further action.
