On October 21, 2024, Petitioner requested an order to compel the production of documents. Petitioner claimed that Respondent failed to produce documents as required under A.R.S. § 33-1248, the Declaration of the Condominium, and the Management Contract. This Tribunal has no authority regarding such requests for documents, unless it is through a petition referral from the Arizona Department of Real Estate.
