The assigned Administrative Law Judge, having reviewed the document filed by Petitioner on September 21, 2024, makes the following minute entry:

As was indicated in the Administrative Law Judge Decision,

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 32-2199.02(B), this ORDER is binding on the parties unless a rehearing is granted pursuant to A.R.S. § 32-2199.04. Pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-1092.09, a request for rehearing in this matter must be filed with the Commissioner of the Arizona Department of Real Estate within 30 days of the electronic service of this ORDER upon the parties.

Petitioner’s document, consisting of disagreement with the Administrative Law Judge Decision and a request for rehearing, will not be considered by the Tribunal as it was inappropriately sent to the Office of Administrative Hearings. Although the document will be retained in the file, it should not be responded to, to the Tribunal, by Respondent.
