ORDER VACATING STATUS UPDATE

On July 31, 2024, the Parties requested mediation at the Office of Administrative Hearings. That request initiated the mediation-scheduling process for this matter, and the hearing was continued to a Status Update on November 22, 2024, pending results of the mediation.

On August 1, 2024, the Respondent requested a continuance of the Status Update.

IT IS ORDERED the Status Update, scheduled for November 22, 2024, is vacated.

IT IS ORDERED the Motion to Continue is denied.

The Office of Administrative Hearings will contact the Parties with information about their mediation session. The Administrative Law Judge who conducts the mediation will address the post-mediation steps with the Parties.
