Pending before the Office of Administrative Hearings is Petitioner Jerome L. Glazer’s request for the Administrative Law Judge to issue a Cease and Desist Order to Respondent to prevent the expenditure of any additional funds related to the landscaping project prior to the decision on the pending petitions. Having reviewed the request and Respondent’s response,

IT IS ORDERED denying the request. The Administrative Law Judge is without the authority to issue such an order in this matter. This is not to say Petitioner Glazer may not be entitled to such relief in a different venue.
