ORDER SETTING PRE-HEARING DEADLINES

A further hearing in the above-entitled matter is set to convene at 9:00 a.m. on January 30, 2026. To prepare for the hearing,

IT IS ORDERED that on or before January 23, 2025, the parties must file and exchange their proposed exhibits;

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that on or before January 23, 2025, the parties must file and exchange their lists of proposed witnesses, with a short statement that fairly describes the substance of each witness’s expected testimony;

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that January 20, 2025, is the deadline by which all motions must be filed;

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that January 23, 2025, is the deadline by which responses to motions must be filed;

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that on or before January 27, 2025, the parties may file prehearing memorandum providing pertinent information and legal authority related to their positions in this matter;

The parties must be prepared to address all issues related to the remaining consolidated dockets at the hearing on January 30, 2026.
