(A) At page 4, line 23 ½, Finding of Fact 16 is stricken and replaced with:

16. Petitioners requested a rehearing in docket number 25F-H009-REL. Respondent requested a rehearing in docket numbers 24F-H033-REL and 25F-H002- REL, and 25F-H006-REL.

(B) At page 1, line 20 ½, replace, “Petitioners Exhibits H033-1” with “Petitioners’ Exhibits A, H033-1”
