ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE

A hearing in the above-entitled matter was set for April 15, 2024 at 1:00 p.m.

The parties stipulated to continue the hearing date and the matter was reset for May 20, 2024.

On or about May 16, 2024, a joint motion to continue the hearing was filed on behalf of the parties for the purpose of pursuing a settlement.

The motion was granted and the matter was continued to July 22, 2024.

On July 8, 2024, Keystone Owners Association (Petitioner) filed a motion to continue the hearing date because its witness was unable to attend the hearing set for July 22, 2024.

The motion was granted and the matter was continued to September 19, 2024.

On September 18, 2024, Bernadette M. Bennett (Respondent) filed a motion to continue the hearing because counsel for Respondent was experiencing a family medical emergency.

On September 28, 2024, Petitioner filed an objection to the motion.

Having considered the September 18, 2024 motion and Petitioner’s objection,

IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued, good cause appearing; but no hearing date is set;

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that on or before September 25, 2024, the parties must notify the tribunal of several dates that the parties are available for hearing between the time period of October 2024 to December 2024. The parties must also notify the tribunal of the amount of time needed for hearing. This will avoid the need for further delays.
