IT IS ORDERED denying Petitioner’s Motion to Compel Respondent to produce all exhibits and witnesses to Petitioner, no later than October 2, 2024.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all requests for subpoenas must be filed no later than October 30, 2024.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all pre-hearing motions must be filed no later than November 5, 2024.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties must file with the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH), and serve on the opposing party, their proposed exhibits, no later than November 12, 2024;

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties must file with the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH), and serve on the opposing party, their lists of proposed witnesses, with a short statement that fairly describes the substance of each witness’s expected testimony, no later than November 12, 2024;

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties must file with the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH), and serve on the opposing party, prehearing memorandum providing pertinent information and legal authority related to their positions in this matter, no later than November 12, 2024.
