MINUTE ENTRY - GRANTING CONTINUANCE

At the request of the parties and good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a Status Update on January 7, 2025 to afford the parties additional time to carry out the terms of their settlement agreement. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:

(1) Notify the tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

(2) Notify the tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

(3) Notify the tribunal that the parties are unable to carry out the terms of the settlement agreement and request that the matter be set for hearing.
