On September 15, 2023, Jason Jaehnig (“Petitioner”) filed a Homeowners Association (HOA) Dispute Process Petition Withdrawal Request with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Petitioner advised that he has withdrawn the Petition filed in this matter and has requested reimbursement of the filing fee.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Department of Real Estate for further action regarding the withdrawal of the Petition and reimbursement of the filing fee, if appropriate.
