MINUTE ENTRY – STATUS ORDER

At the joint request of the parties and good cause appearing, the hearing record in the above-entitled matter is closed and placed in Status for an update due on or before Thursday, December 14, 2023. On or before this date the parties shall submit one of the following Stipulated Motions to the Office of Administrative Hearings (“OAH”):

(1) Inform the tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

(2) Inform the tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, 60-days, 90-days, or

(3) Inform the tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that an Administrative Law Judge Decision be issued based on the 11/14/2023 hearing record.
