Pursuant to the parties’ joint request to consolidate, and good cause appearing therefore,

IT IS ORDERED that the parties’ joint request is granted and the appeals in 25F-AAATC00263-ADH and 25F-AAATC00308-ADH are consolidated with 24F-AAATC00287-ADH on the grounds that all parties are the same and the cases involve substantially similar factual and legal issues. All future filings shall be made into case 24F-AAATC00287-ADH.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the consolidated hearing is set for MAY 5-7, 2025, to commence at 9:00 a.m. daily, if necessary.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above caption shall be used for all future documents.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, consistent with the Ordering Granting Continuance dated January 24, 2025, that subpoena requests must be received by April 18, 2025, and disclosure is due by April 28, 2025.
