ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE

At the request of the parties and good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued. While the parties requested that the matter be reset for hearing at a later date, they also indicated they had a tentative settlement and were working to finalize it. Therefore, it is not an efficient use of the tribunal’s limited calendar to set the matter for a two-day hearing that is likely to vacate. As such, the matter is set for a Status Update on September 19, 2025. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:

(1) Inform the tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

(2) Inform the tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

(3) Inform the tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
