On August 23, 2023, the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy (“Board”) filed a Notice of Settlement and Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Board advised that the parties entered into a settlement agreement to resolve the above-captioned matter, and requested that the scheduled hearing be vacated.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Board for further action.
