On March 11, 2024, prior to the time set for hearing, the Arizona Department of Real Estate (“Department”) filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Department advised that the parties have resolved the matter in dispute and requested that the pending hearing be vacated.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Department for any further action.
