On May 28, 2024, SidePrize, LLC, dba PrizePicks, and the Department of Gaming (the Parties) filed a Stipulation for Dismissal With Prejudice with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Parties advised that they had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for May 31, 2024, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Department of Gaming for further action.
