MINUTE ENTRY - GRANTING CONTINUANCE

At the request of the parties and good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a Status Update on July 1, 2024. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:

(1) Inform the tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved and appellant withdraws his appeal, by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

(2) Inform the tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

(3) Inform the tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing. The parties are to provide a series of stipulated dates for the hearing 45-60 days from the date of request.

The hearing currently set for May 30, 2024 is vacated.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all pre-hearing statements will be due 3 weeks prior to any future hearing date set.
