Pursuant to the Motion for Amended Case Management Order filed by the Arizona Department of Water Resources, and good cause appearing;

IT IS ORDERED:

1. On or before August 2, 2024 the parties must file their proposed exhibit lists and exhibits.

2. On or before August 2, 2024, the parties must file their list of proposed witnesses, with a short statement that fairly describes the substance of each witness’s anticipated testimony.

3. On or before August 16, 2024, all pre-hearing motions must be filed.

4. On or before September 6, 2024 responses to pre-hearing motions must be filed.

5. On or before September 13, 2024, the parties may file prehearing memorandum providing pertinent information and legal authority related to their positions in this matter.
